Spring Scarf & Denim

I am excited to be working again with Wish Photography in Milford OH. If you aren't familiar with Milford, it is a quaint little town which resides near the Little Miami river. Chalked full of little antique shops, family-owned restaurants, and businesses, it's the perfect spot for window browsing an afternoon away. I love the eclectic feel of the area and always manage to bring home a treasure from That Shop in Milford and I never leave without a cup of coffee from Old Milford Parlor.
My photographer, Marcy, has a storefront studio right down in the heart of this area. She specializes in children and family photography. Let's talk about this outfit!
This is my typical outfit for a spring day. I am a stay at home mom that isn't at home all that much! I have three children in sports so I spend a lot of time out running them from one activity to the next. I like to be comfortable but look put together at the same time. I often am running into the school and will see people I know. I could easily fall into the trap of wearing activewear but, I'm just as comfortable in jeans as yoga pants, so that is my daily choice. With jeans on, I at least feel like I've put some effort into getting dressed each day and I don't have to answer for that yoga class I haven't made it to yet! Jeans paired with a loose blouse and fun accessories make an outfit stylish and it isn't any harder to put together than an activewear uniform. A scarf is an easy accessory to throw over a simple white top to give it a pop of spring color. It's easily removed if the weather turns warmer and can be tied around your purse handles for a chic look. This one is lightweight and is long enough to be worn in multiple ways.
Stella and Dot have some of the most versatile pieces in their summer collection. This pair of earrings has a hinge mechanism which allows you to wear them three ways: an oversize stud, a single chandelier or a double chandelier. So cool!
