Everyday Style: Casual Chic
Today I am showing you how to dress up a simple short sleeve tee.
Add a blazer!
It may seem contradictory, but a basic tee will become much more chic with the simple addition of a blazer. Contrast with a plaid scarf, large tote, and leopard heels and the outfit screams style! It may seem at first that all the different elements of this outfit conflict, but they actually work! The black in the tee is subtle enough to compliment the blazer, the plaid has a tinge of black and the leopard heels have black detail as well. Add an oversized gray tote which compliments the gray tee and it is a pulled together outfit.
Adding distressed jeans, keeps the look casual, perfect for your day uniform.
On a hot fall day, take off the blazer/ or the scarf and you have a look which is still stylish and chic.
