Hi! friends. I hope you had a great weekend! What a Super Bowl surprise! How about the commercials?Did you have a favorite? I loved the Doritos and also the Hyundai with Ryan Reynolds, but there were many good ones, I thought.
I am excited about today's project! Not only is this beyond cute, but I am offering you my first printable. Yay! I've been seeing these cute chocolate spoons around, so I thought I'd give them a Valentine's Day twist.
I really wanted to give something to my children's teacher and friends besides just a card, so these will be the perfect gift “To melt their hearts!”
These are very easy to make. You need the melting candies. They come in a variety of colors. Also, spoons and sprinkles. I've actually seen these with the disposable wooden spoons which would work great also. I thought the colored ones for the holiday were perfect.
All you have to do is melt the candies in a bowl according to the directions and dip your spoon into the hot candy being careful to cover only the top. Lay them on parchment or wax paper. Add your sprinkles and cool.
Aren't they cute? Who wouldn't want one of these for their next cup of coffee or hot chocolate?
To package them for teachers and friends, I tied a ribbon around the little baggie, attached a hot chocolate packet, and a printable Valentine.
Want to make this cute spoons for yourself? Here is the printable. Just cut and attach with ribbon.
I hope you have a great day!
LOVE IT? PIN IT!
To life feeling like home!
