Gradually we have been turning over our family room to the cozy cottage space we envisioned when we moved in. Our previous home had a very rustic farmhouse look which we loved, but sometimes a space is calling out for what it wants to be and this space wanted a more feminine cottage look. With our gray- washed ceiling and pastel pattern rug, we have gradually been adding new pieces of furniture in variations of white to complement the look. One of the last pieces we added was this new coffee table from Wayfair. It has a graceful French county style with turned legs and a pretty top. The scalloped edge adds just a bit of feminine elegance. Paired on top with a simple tray, fresh flowers, vintage milk glass, and some of my favorite decorating books and it is the perfect complement to our room.
This Quitman coffee table from Wayfair has amazing quality and craftsmanship for the price. It was super easy to put together and is made from solid wood. The edges are glazed to give it the perfect antique creamy white.
I love decorating with vintage items and this pretty milk glass vignette was created with items available to purchase in White Cottage Home Store.
In the near future, I'll be sharing more about my silver collection which you can see a peek of on the bookshelf in the background. For now, we are enjoying this new table and how it brings the look all together in this space!
