Floral Shirtdress For Spring

The florals I chose for the party come in the form of this shirtdress from the Gap.  One of my favorite things about Gap is they know how to pair trends with comfort pieces.  I don't buy or wear a lot of dresses. You will find me in pants or even skirts 95% of the time.  That's just my personal preference.  With that said, the trend of comfort dresses has me rethinking this idea.  A t-shirt dress or a shirt- dress just sounds a lot comfier than a typical dress.

This dress is in the most beautiful muted floral shades of spring. It has sleeves which are perfect for the still cooler evenings.  It would look cute with a denim jacket as well. And if it couldn't get any better, it has pockets!

I paired it with sandals, the Arrow Drop Necklace from Stella & Dot and a bright bag from Stitch Fix for an extra pop of color.

I am totally bummed because even though this was a new purchase for me, I can not find this dress on the Gap website for you, 🙁  However, I did gather some of my other favorite shirtdresses from around the web and linked them for you below.
