My 10 year old $50 dress which still gets the love

I know you have all heard about the “little black dress” which everyone should own.  Today I am showing you mine.  This dress, I purchased over 10 years ago from the Limited.  It is simple, strapless and can be dressed up or down.  I love that it is fitted, flares slightly and isn't too short which makes it age appropriate, but also timeless.

I paired it with a J. Crew turquoise bubble necklace, a Stitch Fix fold over clutch, a Michael Kors gold watch and finally neutral heels.   I have worn this dress to fundraising events, concerts, reunions, weddings and without fail I get complemented. I've worn it with red heels, a sweater, black and white jewelry or even with flip-flops.  It's as versatile as they come.  It's always the dress I reach for in a pinch. I feel good when I wear it. I just might have it for another 10 years!

I guess it is true that every women should own a “little black dress.”
