Ok, so now I'm becoming obsessed with flower arrangements. I got my feet wet a few weeks ago and now I'm hooked. My husband is wondering if I've opened a florist shop out of the house?! If you missed my last (and first ever) flower arrangement, you can check that post HERE. Today I'm going to show you how I made a ombre arrangement using roses in shades of pink.
First of all, you have to see this haul I got from Goodwill. These little beauties will be perfect for all my arrangements and I got them all for $8.
Start by soaking your wet foam flower ball until fully absorbed.
Cut your flower stems down to about 2 inches.
Begin putting your flowers into the foam and creating a row. As you can see, I messed up and had to redo my row, but the flowers are easy to pull in and out of the foam to make changes.
After the first row, I started a second row of darker and smaller pink roses.
Finish it off by filling in the middle with your lightest pink.
I am completely smitten with this one!
It lasted about one week which is longer than roses last in a vase for me. Just add a little water to your foam ball every day to keep it moist!
LOVE IT? PIN IT!

Thank you Karen!!
It turned out so cute! I’ve never tried flower arranging but you make it look so quick and easy (and inexpensive… that was a great haul for $8! haha…. then you just need flowers!) I think i might become obsessed if I try my hand at it… seems like the kind of thing I would get lost in! Thanks for linking up with us at Welcome Home Wednesdays… can’t wait to see you next week!
Thank you Betsy! I have never done arranging in my life. I was surprised at how easy it was.
