Simple Gift for a Friend, Just Because

Do you ever give a gift to someone just because?  I can't say that I do this very often, but after the joy, I received when I was given a “Just Because” gift, I am certainly going to be doing more of it!

I came home to a gift bag on my porch last week.  That right there is enough to get my heart racing.  When I opened it, I was so touched by the thoughtful gesture of a friend.  I think that giving someone a gift when it's not expected is so meaningful because it shows that they were thinking about you and wanting to do something special just for you.  They have taken their time out of their busy lives' and schedules to show you how important you are to them.  What could be more precious than that?

I had to show you this because it's just too special to keep to myself.  Included in the package was a mini bottle of champagne, a chocolate bar and a “You Are” jar.  Take a look at the jar and see how such a simple idea can be so uplifting!
