Secret Santa Blogger Gift
I'm super excited to tell you about this fun little Secret Santa I was a part of this holiday season. As a blogger, you get to know a lot of other bloggers virtually, but it is fun to connect in “real life” once in a while. One of the neat events that I recently participated in was a Secret Santa and Thrift Store Find Exchange. We exchanged names and bought someone a present based on their interests AND a $5 and under thrift store find. The thrift store item is something we will have to makeover in the new year. Now that is going to be interesting! 🙂

I was so excited to open my gift and find out that April from Uncookie Cutter was my Secret Santa. I love her blog and her DIY projects are amazing! It was clear that April had been reading my blog and knew that I collect these items. 🙂
The first item was a vintage camera!
If you've been following me for a while now, you may remember my camera collection. This new addition was one which I didn't have so I was over the moon!
My 2nd item was another popular item around my house. A wooden cutting board.
Not only will this get a lot of use, but it looks cool with the bark still on also!

Now the thrift items I received will need to remain a mystery for a while longer. I have some serious thinking to do as to how to repurpose them! Later in January I'll be sharing them with you.
