Having a centralized kitchen coffee station is a stylish and efficient way to enjoy your morning cup of coffee!

Do you drink coffee? If you are like me, you crave that morning cup of coffee from the second you wake up in the morning! There is something about enjoying a steaming hot mug of coffee to wake you up and prepare you for the day ahead. I have always had a spot designated in my kitchen for my favorite cup, but it wasn’t always quite so organized and efficient. I’ve teamed up with Hobby Lobby today to share some quick ideas on how you can set up your own kitchen coffee station which is a stylish and organized spot to keep all your supplies ready and on hand for those morning or afternoon cravings!
Setting Up a Kitchen Coffee Station
- Decide on your location. Where are you able to plug in your coffee pot and still have space for storing items and setting up your station? I designated a small cabinet and counter space for setting up my coffee area.
- Gather all the supplies you need to make your favorite cup of coffee. Clear a spot for storing all your mugs, coffee pods, a coffee pot, napkins, spoons, creamers, and sugar. I display my mugs out in the open for easy access. The cabinet below my station serves as a storage spot for extra items.
- Corral those items you use onto a cute tray like this one from Hobby Lobby. It keeps everything contained and ready to grab and go! I also picked up this cute basket for storing my K-Cups so they are out and ready to use.
- Add pretty details like a potted plant or a coffee sign to add style to your area. Make it obvious to guests that this is where they can brew their favorite cup by creating an inviting spot!

Hobby Lobby has a cute selection of coffee signs, mugs, and other items for setting up your own kitchen coffee station. See the whole collection to get you started, HERE. I’ve included a 40% off coupon this week for in store or online use!

I’d love to see your station all styled up with Hobby Lobby, send me a picture of the area your create!

If you like the sort of recommendation that still holds up six months later, leave your email below and I'll write to you on Sunday.
Most Sundays, once the house has gone quiet and it's edging towards nine, a letter goes out. It's the one I'd write to a friend with good taste and not nearly enough time: one thing worth reading, one thing worth buying, and one thing to skip. No noise, no pressure to spend, just the considered version of what I've actually been using, loving, or quietly sending back.

This is adorable. I love how yours turned out. I have the same “less is more” coffee sign in my coffee station too! http://www.makingmanzanita.com/how-to-create-a-diy-coffee-station-at-home/

Your coffee station is perfect! I have a spot on my counter for my Nespresso, pods & favorite syrups. I wish I had space for a mug rack like yours, though. I have two cute coffee-related prints that I found at Hobby Lobby last year, but I might need to add that “less is more” sign to my collection. So cute! (and obviously very true!)

Thanks, Emily! I love the sign and it is definitely my motto when it comes to coffee!

Cute station! I love all your different mugs! My wife and I are obsessed with our espresso machine so we set up a little space for it in our dining area. I even made a painting to hang above it!

If you are a coffee lover, you probably enjoy a good brew at home rather than running to cafés to savor your favorite cup of java. You can create your own unique coffee station right in your own kitchen using your essential coffee making accessories.
By selecting a special space to place all of your coffee making essentials, you will be able to enjoy your favorite cup that much faster and impress your guest as well! You can use your kitchen counter, side tables, carts, a cabinet, or have a coffee bar custom built to suit your style. Here are a few tips to help you organize and stylize your very own coffee station.
