Here are the dresses and bottoms that I am working with this fall. It may not look like a lot, but every piece is versatile. Oh and can you tell I like denim! Now that I'm home, I live in the luxury called…. denim. I have spent the last 10 plus years wearing dress pants and I refuse to put on another pair at least for a while. This is where I feel the journey has taken me and I am relishing in my option to wear a lot of denim! With that said, I do have leggings, corduroys, cargo khakis, a cute skirt and two dresses to round out my wardrobe. When forced to dress up, the corduroys are a fine gauge that almost give them a sheen. These are easy to dress up or down for lunches out or any meetings I may have to attend. In addition, the cute zipper skirt and sweater dress look stylish and can be dressed up or down easily.
With a holiday party around the corner and a fundraiser for school to attend, I bought the colorblock dress to wear to both events. I think it will be perfect with beautiful heels.
Let's talk that denim for a moment. You will see I have different styles: skinny, ripped, deconstructed, straight legged, legging and boyfriend. In addition, I have a variety of colors; gray, black, dark wash and lighter wash. Having a variety to choose from give me options every day and depending on the pair I choose, I can make an outfit have an entirely different look. In a future post, I will breakdown what each style is and how you can make it work for you.
Tomorrow will be accessories and shoes!
To life feeling like home!
XO,
♥ Amy
