Hi, friends! It's been a bit since you've heard from me. We are back from vacation and I cannot wait to share all of our adventures with you! It's going to take me a while to compile it all and process everything we saw while in Greece.
I will definitely share it with you, but in the meantime, I am excited to kick off a summer series called, Room by Room. In this series, you are going to have the opportunity to take a peek into different rooms in our home each week this summer. While visiting those spaces, we hope to share some of our favorite projects already completed, what's on our to-do list for that space and give you tips to make the most of that room in your own home. This is a team effort, so no matter what your style, there's a blogger for you to visit and gather inspiration from. All their spaces are linked at the bottom, so be sure to scroll all the way down and visit their rooms. If you want to look back on last year's Room by Room series, you can find all the rooms I covered in this Organized Office post.

Our living room space was one of the primary reasons I was interested in our new home. It is centrally located in the center of the home right off the foyer. Our house is a U shape around the pool and courtyard. Our living room has sliding doors which step out onto the patio and it gets tons of natural light. In addition, it has a wall of bookcases and a fireplace which make it a cozy space to hang out. My desk is located in there, so that's where I do most of my work. I also love this space for reading a book or chatting with friends.
We started with a blank slate and painted the room Repose Gray by Sherwin Williams. It's a beautiful soft gray that goes with everything. The rug on the floor has a variety of colors and anchors the long and narrow space. This room came together with several antique pieces including two antique trunks which I use as a coffee and end table. I also have a secretary desk which I plan to give a coat of paint to someday soon. The desk was a makeover I did for my last office. You can see the full post HERE. The barrel chairs are both from Pier One (link) and the leather chair (link) and ottoman (link) are from Ballard Designs. My horse print is from Sincerely US Shop (link).
This post HERE gives all the details on the makeover of this Green Painted Dresser.

I like the way you arrange all in your living room. My living room have don’t have much space. I was thinking about buying new sofas but I don’t know how to arrange it. Your perfect arrangement motivates me and give me ideas about some arrangement.
