Today I'm sharing an awesome find with you guys! I have always struggled to find vegetables that my kids will actually eat and enjoy. Do you have that same problem? Even I would choose a baked good over a veggie if I had the choice! Duh! But, guess what? You no longer have to choose. I discovered these amazing muffins called Garden Lites which taste great, but here's the secret weapon, they are packed with veggies! They are veggie rich with vegetables being the very first and primary ingredient in all products. In addition, they are gluten, nut free, and dairy-free. This is so important to me since Emma struggles with a peanut allergy. I always worry about the products which say they are processed in a plant with nuts. These are the real deal made only with clean and simple ingredients. Even though evening meal time is a priority, it won't give my kids all they need for a day's serving of vegetables. And what about nights we are heading out for activities? I'm thrilled that I've found something easy and healthy to hand them as we are running out the door.
Where can you buy Garden Lites products? I found mine at Kroger in the frozen breakfast foods aisle, you can find yours in the freezer section of your nearest Publix, Stop & Shop, Giant, Shop-Rite, HEB, Kroger, or Costco.
You know what? You don't even feel like you are eating veggies which is the best part! I've been eating these as a healthy snack and I am not feeling like I am missing anything at all! I've been enjoying them in the afternoon with a cup of coffee. My favorite is the Chocolate Muffins with the Blueberry Oats as a close second.

My son has to pack two snacks for school every day and these are our new go-to lunchbox and snack item. He likes them and I feel like I've just pulled a fast one on him which makes me happy!

Amy, I’ve seen these online before… and they look soooo good! I wish they were available in Canada (I couldn’t find any info on their website). It would be such a good snack idea for pregnant/new moms 🙂
They are so good, Nicole! Keep looking out for them and hopefully they’ll reach you soon!
