Hi, friends! I am thrilled to be hosting a fun blog hop today. I love decorating my mantel, so this new series will be all about that. Today's spring edition is going to give you ample ideas and inspiration to change-up your own mantel at home. Whether you change it out once a year or seasonally, these talented gals have all kinds of ideas to help you discover new ways to decorate your mantel.
Spring is the perfect time to refresh your home decor. Spring cleaning, airing out your home and just general organizing are projects I always tackle in this season. I also like to use this excuse to change out my decor and lighten it up from the winter. I am all about creating a neutral backdrop so that I can add in color when I want to. This spring, I kept it simple with milk glass vases and flowers. Sometimes the beauty is in the simplicity. I am attempting to embrace the less is more approach to my decorating this spring and so far, I am loving the outcome.
I will share how easy it was to turn these thrift store finds into beautiful milk glass vases in a post later this week! The flowers I picked up while at IKEA. They have a nice selection of faux flowers and greenery right now. The rustic basket, mirror, and window have been used many times before in decorating the mantel, so you may recognize these staples. I like them for the height, texture, and backdrop they add to my displays.
I hope you enjoy this blog hop and are inspired to add some green to your decor this spring!

Being a professional, and so many choices you could have chosen, you seem to have did in once again, and with great style and class, chosen a fabulous design for this time of the year for the mantel. You chose well. Thanks for sharing your beautiful mantel with us.
Thank you!
Beautiful mantel and this blog hop came to me at just the right time. I’m ready for some spring decor in our family room but the mantel or mantels are always a challenge. We have three ascending mantels over the fireplace and there isn’t lots of room to do much on them. Over the seasons I end up with too little or too much on them. I’m sure I’ll find inspiration and ideas here, thank you.
Hi Sandra! I hope this helped! Mantels can be challenging. Goodluck with yours it sounds very pretty.
Thanks for hosting such a fun hop! I love the different textures – the window, tobacco basket and vases all look so great and springy together!
