Spring Family Room with Tones of Blush

Tour my spring Family Room decked out with tones of blush for spring!

Good morning, friends!  I’m excited today to be joining up with the Styled for Spring Home Tour hosted by Jenna from Wife in Progress Blog. Today, 6 other talented bloggers will be joining me to share their spring rooms, so be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom for their links.  In addition, this Styled for Spring Home Tour lasts all week, so be sure to check back each day for more spring inspiration!  If you are stopping by from Green With Decor~ welcome!  I’m so glad that you are here.  You can read more About Me HERE, and Shop My House HERE.

My spring family room updates this season are all about blush!  I love this warm pretty color and how it blends so well with my family room space. You can see from my Gray and White Cottage Living Room Dressed for Winter, that not much has changed in this space.  Just a touch of color here and there and it adds the spring look I was going for.

Spring Family Room

Updating a space can be simply changing out pillow covers and throws to give your space a new feel.  In here, that and a few additions on my white table are all I needed for a change.  It’s a large space but feels much more cozy with layered textures and cozy elements.  Can you spot Irving?  He is sitting in his favorite spot.  Who wouldn’t want their favorite spot to be a fur blanket next to a fireplace, lol

You can read about how we gave our wood planked ceiling this gray weathered wood look.  It was a tedious DIY but once you see the before you will realize that the after was well worth the work!

Our family room is open to our almost complete kitchen.  We have been renovating this space from top to bottom since November.  We are hoping to have every last piece done in time for Easter.

Behind on this renovation?  No worries! Later this week, I’ll be sharing more about these cute spring decor items and flowers I purchased at Kirkland’s!  The little nest just screams spring!

Another DIY project in this space was the white painted antique table.  It is the perfect spot to showcase some seasonal decor!

If you like the sort of recommendation that still holds up six months later, leave your email below and I'll write to you on Sunday.

Most Sundays, once the house has gone quiet and it's edging towards nine, a letter goes out. It's the one I'd write to a friend with good taste and not nearly enough time: one thing worth reading, one thing worth buying, and one thing to skip. No noise, no pressure to spend, just the considered version of what I've actually been using, loving, or quietly sending back.
