My potato dish today is a super simple side dish; Parmesan Ranch Potato Wedges. I have 3 children and these are a huge hit in our home. Everyone likes these jazzed up wedges and they are really easy to make. I would prefer making these to having my kids eating the frozen potatoes.
Here is the lowdown on this easy recipe!
Parmesan Ranch Potato Wedges
- 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chives
- 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Start with your potatoes. Wash and slice them into wedges. Spread them on a foil lined or sprayed baking sheet.
Next, stir together the olive oil, sea salt, chives, Hidden Valley Ranch dip packet and shredded Parmesan cheese.
Evenly coat your potatoes.
Bake in the oven until crisp and fork tender ready. Approximately 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
Perfect side dish to your meat entree!
