I just wanted to pop in today to share with you a quick update we did in our dining room. This space has a huge bay window and up until now, I've been a bit stumped as to what to put there. I like how the windows go all the way to the floor because it creates a beautiful view of the patio and pool. So, my desire wasn't to cover that view up, but instead capitalize on it. Recently, I had been thinking about putting a settee there. It's a great little spot with lots of natural light, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and watching the birds at the feeders outside.
My instincts on this one were spot on. By adding this, Tufted Settee (LINK) topped with a new pommed jute pillow from Anthropologie(LINK), I was able to create a cozy little spot to maximize the view of our outdoor space.
I really love the overall look of this piece because it's not too big and weighty. It visually is light and airy enough to blend into the background and leave the dining table as the main focus. I purchased this one from Wayfair. It's called the Kelling Button Tufted Settee Upholstered Bench (LINK) and comes in several different colors. For added texture, this gorgeous Pommed Jute Pillow (LINK) from Anthropologie fits the settee perfectly.
What do you think of this little update?

XO,
I love your sofa there, it’s not too big but not too small too!
