Today, I’m showing you a farmhouse Christmas mantel all dressed up in candlelight. All the farmhouse elements I love together in one place; greenery, rustic wood tones, a chalkboard, and candles.
This is the first peek at my new house actually decorated! Of all the rooms, the “library” as we are calling it is my favorite. One whole wall is bookshelves, another wall is doors out to the courtyard and the third wall is a fireplace. This fireplace is one of three wood-burning fireplaces in our new home! Bring on the wood! I decided to keep my Christmas decor minimal this year since I’m also doing moving in decorating at the same time. But, if you’ve been following along for a while, and saw my simplified neutral farmhouse Christmas decor tour with Kirkland’s, then you know that it’s definitely a theme I’ve been gravitating towards. In the stress of life, the simple and peaceful look has been winning with me. Today’s tour includes a linkup of some of my favorite bloggers who will be sharing their Christmas mantels with you also, so be sure to make your way all the way to the end and check out their special decor ideas.
Farmhouse Christmas Mantel Dressed in Candlelight
This look was easily achieved with a faux garland of pinecones and greenery, three mini Christmas trees, a chalkboard with a handwritten message, a couple of tobacco baskets and candles. My copper bucket was a find I came across this fall. I tucked in some wood and fresh greenery clipped from my yard and it is not only pretty but functional.
