It's been quite an interesting year for everyone! Even in the midst of so many happenings in our world, I can say that God had so much good for us. Join me in a look back at how White Cottage Home blog has changed and grown over the last year.

We started the year with a renovation project: our master bedroom flooring and retiling of the fireplace. It made a huge impact on our space and I was so happy too be rid of the shag carpeting forever! Master Bedroom Reveal (LINK).
My love of vintage and thrifted items continued this year and I shared several posts on using collections in your home: Vintage Collections: 3 Tips on Decorating with Collections (LINK), gave you a peek at my White Milk Glass Collection (LINK) and took you along on a Thrift Store trip (LINK)
Quarantine gave me plenty of time to start that cottage garden I've always been wanting! I spent many hours in the backyard in the dirt and loved every second! Creating a Cottage Garden (LINK)
After a family vacation to South Carolina, I was inspired to bring back a piece of it to our home! I painted our porch ceiling the prettiest Carolina Blue (LINK).
I went bold for the first time in awhile and painted our powder room a rich dark bold green (LINK).
I became rather obsessed with a show called Getting Organized on Netflix and did a major overhaul of my closet! I found some great organizing items and it was a much needed organizational project! Closet Update Using the Home Edit Ideas (LINK).
A fun challenge I participated in for the first time this year was the $100 Room Challenge. I worked on my entryway and was able to update it and give it a total makeover for $100! $100 Room Challenge: A Warm & Welcoming Entryway Reveal (LINK).
I started a new series on the blog called Before & After. It's a look at each individual room and everything we've done to update each space since we moved in. I will continue this into the New Year! The first two posts were A Library/ Living Room Reveal (LINK) and a Kitchen Reveal (LINK).
We had several international trips cancelled this year unfortunately, but we did getaway. We took 2 vacations, one as a family to South Carolina (LINK) & just Greg and I too Moab to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary (LINK).
And probably my personal favorite this year was starting my own White Cottage Home & Living YouTube channel (LINK). It's been such a fun extension of the blog. It gives me the ability to connect more closely with you guys and share so much more in video than I can through simply print! I hope you are following along!
